District
Equal Opportunity

The Hudson School District is committed to providing the best education possible for every student in the District and to maintain a safe, secure and respectful environment for all students, staff, and other visitors. To that end, the District does not discriminate against students, parents, staff, or other visitors. This policy does not, however, prohibit the District from placing a student in a school, class, program or activity based on objective standards of individual performance need.

No person may be denied admission to any public school or be denied participation in, be denied the benefits of or be discriminated against in any curricular, extracurricular, pupil services, recreational or other program or activity because of a person’s sex, race, religion, national origin, ancestry, creed, pregnancy, marital status, sexual orientation or physical, mental, emotional, or learning disability.
